what this is
YAYA Launchpad lets anyone create a token on TON and trade it from the first second. Every token starts on its own bonding curve: a contract that sells and buys the token at a price set by a formula, so there is always a market. When enough has been raised the token graduates to a DeDust pool and trades like any other TON token.
The website is only an interface. You sign every transaction in your own wallet; the contracts on TON do the rest. We never hold your keys or your funds.
wallet & sign-in
Connect a TON wallet such as Tonkeeper or MyTonWallet with the Connect Wallet button. The connection is remembered in your browser until you disconnect.
There is no account or password. Actions that change something on-chain are transactions you approve in the wallet. Creating a profile asks you to sign a text — that is free and moves no funds.
GRAM
GRAM is TON’s native coin (formerly called TON). You pay trades in GRAM or in a launch’s paired asset, and every transaction costs a small network fee in GRAM. Keep a little GRAM in your wallet for gas.
buying & selling
Open a token and enter an amount. The panel shows an estimate; your wallet then shows the exact transaction. Each buy moves the price up and each sell moves it down, so the curve always quotes a price.
The estimate includes a slippage limit (0.5% on the curve, 1% per DEX swap when routing GRAM). If the price moves more than that before your transaction lands, it is refunded instead of filled.
For the first 3 seconds after a launch, buys pay a sniping fee that starts at 99% and falls to the normal fee within those seconds. This protects creators and early buyers from bots.
fees & gas
Each launch picks a trading fee of 1%, 2% or 3% when it is created; it cannot change later. The fee is taken from every buy and sell on the curve.
New GRAM launches work differently: the creator picks a fee of 1% or 3% at launch. Earlier launches keep their single 1%, 2% or 3% fee.
New pair launches (stocks and tokens) use the same model: a fee of 1% or 3% split 70% to holders (paid in the pair token) and 30% to the platform, with graduation at $3,000 of liquidity. The creator does not earn from trading fees. Earlier pair launches keep the terms they were created with.
Transactions attach a little extra GRAM for gas (shown before you sign). Whatever is not used is returned to your wallet automatically.
when something refuses
If a trade cannot be filled — the price moved past your limit, the curve is graduating, or a route step failed — the contracts send back what you paid, in the asset of the step that failed. A failed GRAM route can therefore refund you in the paired asset.
“Quote expired” means the estimate is older than 30 seconds; the panel refreshes it for you.
where the fee goes
Every fee is split by the contracts, never by a person:
- 50% to holders of the token
- 25% to the creator of the launch
- 25% to the platform
Example: a 100 GRAM buy with a 2% fee pays 2 GRAM — 1 GRAM for holders, 0.5 GRAM for the creator and 0.5 GRAM for the platform.
New GRAM launches: every collected fee is split 70% to holders and 30% to the platform; the creator does not earn from trading fees. Example: a 100 GRAM buy on a launch with a 3% fee pays 3 GRAM — 2.1 GRAM for holders and 0.9 GRAM for the platform.
After graduation the launch collects about 40% of the DeDust pool’s trading fee (the rest stays in the locked liquidity and with DeDust). What is collected is split the same way, 70% to holders and 30% to the platform.
holder rewards
GRAM launches: before graduation the holder share is added to the curve’s reserve, which raises the price for everyone holding; after graduation it buys the token back on DeDust and burns it.
Paired launches (paired with a stock or a TON token): the holder share is paid out in the paired asset. Once a day the rewards service publishes each holder’s share, weighted by how long and how much they held; after a 24-hour public review it is paid to holders automatically once a share is worth about 0.5 GRAM. 5% of each distribution is kept by the rewards service to pay the gas of sending it, and every published distribution shows that amount.
platform share & YAYA burn
For launches created from September 25, 2026 the platform’s 25% goes to the YAYA Burner contract, which splits it on-chain: 20% to the team and 80% to buy YAYA on DeDust and burn it. Shares paid in other tokens are first sold for GRAM through routes fixed in the contract. Launches paired with YAYA pay in YAYA: 80% is burned directly.
Every buyback and burn is public on the Revenue page, with links to the transactions.
pairs
A launch is paired with GRAM, a tokenized stock (xStocks such as SPYx) or a popular TON token (YAYA, UTYA, NOT, DOGS, STON and more). The pair decides what buyers pay and what rewards are paid in. For most pairs you can still pay with GRAM: the website swaps it through STON.fi or DeDust in the same transaction.
Paired assets are issued by others. Backed can freeze xStock wallets, and some tokens have admins who can mint or restrict transfers.
creating a token
Click Create token, choose the pair, name, symbol, image and fee, and sign. Creating costs a 0.39 GRAM fee plus the deployment value shown (about 1.2–1.3 GRAM, part of which funds the contracts’ storage).
Every token has a supply of 1,000,000,000: 900M on the curve and 100M reserved for the DEX pool at graduation. The creator gets no free allocation — buy like everyone else.
You can add an optional website, saved in the token’s permanent metadata, and an optional dev buy: a share of the supply (up to 50%) or a GRAM amount. The dev buy is a second wallet request sent right after the launch is confirmed; as the creator you pay only the normal fee, never the sniping fee.
graduation
A curve graduates (bonds) once it has collected about $10,000 of liquidity. GRAM launches graduate at 7,000 GRAM. Pair launches graduate once the collected pair token is worth $10,000 at its live price, whatever that price is by then; its launch-time amount is a fallback. The raised funds then seed a DeDust pool at the curve’s closing price, and the pool’s liquidity is locked for good — nobody can withdraw it. Trading fees earned by the pool keep flowing to holders, creator and platform.
New GRAM launches graduate at 2,000 GRAM, so they reach DeDust sooner. GRAM launches created before that keep 7,000 GRAM.
Launches from earlier factories keep their original target (3,250 GRAM or its pair-token equivalent at listing).
profiles & portfolio
Every wallet has a public page at /u/<address> with its net worth, positions, launched tokens and trades. Claim a unique @username and a photo from your own profile; you prove ownership by signing a text, which costs nothing. Usernames are first come, first served; a few are reserved for official accounts.
Holders of a token can post a thesis on its page. Offensive words are blocked.
launching on Solana
Pick Solana in Create token. Launches run on Raydium LaunchLab under the YAYA Launchpad platform: a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens (no mint or freeze authority), 79.31% sold on the bonding curve, and a graduation target worth 85 SOL in the chosen pair (about $10,000), converted when you launch.
Pairs: SOL, USDC, USDT, the xStocks (SPYx, NVDAx, TSLAx…) and hundreds of verified Solana tokens. Tokens are tradable on Jupiter from the first block, with SOL, even when the pair is another token. Connect Phantom, Solflare or Backpack with the Connect Wallet button.
Trading fee on the curve: 1.25% (1% platform, 0.25% Raydium). The creator can add a dev buy in SOL; for other pairs the SOL is swapped through Jupiter first, in the same approval.
Solana holder rewards
Every Solana launch has a 1% or 3% holder tax (Token-2022 transfer fee, enforced by Solana on every transfer: buys, sells, wallet-to-wallet moves and trades after graduation).
Once a day the rewards service withdraws the tax, sells it for the pair token through Jupiter and sends it to holders by their average balance since the last payout. Amounts below about $1 carry over to the next day. 5% of each payout covers gas and token-account rent. Each payout is published on the token page.
Solana graduation & creator fee
At the target the curve migrates to a Raydium CPMM pool. Its liquidity is locked for good through Raydium Burn & Earn (DexScreener shows it as burned); nobody can withdraw it.
The graduated pool charges a 1% creator fee: 0.35% goes to the token creator and 0.65% to the platform, paid automatically every 6 hours in the pair token. The creator can also press Claim now on the token page. Before graduation there is no creator fee.
what can and cannot change
A live launch’s terms — its fee, split, pair and recipients — are fixed in its contracts and cannot be changed by anyone. The factory administrator can only affect future launches (for example which pairs are offered) and, for paired launches, can veto a pending reward publication during its 24-hour review. No role can take funds held by a launch.
The contracts have not been independently audited. Only use money you can afford to lose. Read the Terms of Use.
questions
Why does a token show no price? Prices come from the curve or from DEX markets; a token without a market has no price, and we show “—” instead of guessing.
I sent a trade but nothing happened. TON transactions settle in a few seconds but can take longer when the network is busy. Check the transaction in your wallet or on Tonviewer before trying again.
Who can use YAYA Launchpad? Adults outside the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and sanctioned jurisdictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and occupied regions of Ukraine), who are not on a sanctions list. Using a VPN to get around this is not allowed. Details in Terms of Use, section 4.
